Zoran Tosic studied iconography under Professor of iconography, Zlatko Bomestar, in Greece. During his art career, Zoran was awarded prestigious art prizes in Australia, where he had lived before he moved to England in 2005.
His original and traditional artwork involve painting styles and techniques of ancient iconographers. His icons and paintings reflect abundance of spiritual expressions created by natural and semiprecious pigments, oil and gold leaf on canvas on wood. His icons create a strong visual effect and sense of spiritual presence.
